I feel safe knowing that this new bailout thingy is a step in the right direction.  I knew that when it was rejected the first time it was sent through the House that it was because everyone knew that banks like Freddie and Fannie and AIG would need more money.  Duh?!?...  So after the government tacked on another 140 billion that only then would we get this same ol' bal-a-rollin'.  That's always been my stance, 'out with the old and in with the old, kinda new...thing...OK.  sorry we have no fucking clue what to do now so instead we'll quote The Mayor from The Nightmare Before Christmas, "Answer me! Please.  I'm only an elected official here.  I can't make decisions by myself." '  

Anyway,  I am glad to see that all our imaginary tax dollars that have yet to be collected are being put to good use by companies like AIG to help get America and, now, the rest of the world back on track.

Watching this video made me twelve again, even though the only record out by Straight, err, I mean, Slipknot when I was 12 was...uh, 'Slipknot'.  Who remembers moshing raise your hand.  And, immediately after raising your hand, hang you head in the gayest and primeval of ways.  You deserve it.  Shit, I need to do it to.  I to remember the days of yore banging my bowl-cutted head to Sevendust and Coal Chamber and, ergh, Factory 81.  

If I had to compress all the Korn and Limp Bizkit and Slipknot and Taproot and ANYTHING ROADRUNNER RECORDS CIRCA 96~00 shit  it would be two sound bites: splash cymbal and meedely sounding groove crescendos.
